Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Important: The 7-day return period starts from the date you receive your order, not the date of purchase.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Reach out to our customer service team via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Get Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 24 hours.

Pack Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and the receipt. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Free Pickup (Kigali)

For customers in Kigali, we offer FREE return pickup. Our courier will collect the item from your location at your convenience.

Outside Kigali: You can drop off at our designated location or ship at your own cost.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 2-3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll arrange free pickup and send a replacement
