Browse products, add items to your cart, fill in your delivery information, and complete your order via WhatsApp. Our team will confirm your order and arrange delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept mobile money (MTN, Airtel), bank transfers, and cash on delivery within Kigali. Payment details will be shared via WhatsApp after order confirmation.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We use secure payment channels and never store your payment information. All transactions are processed through trusted payment providers.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free delivery for all orders within Kigali. For deliveries outside Kigali, please contact us for shipping rates.

How long does delivery take?

Within Kigali, we deliver within 24-48 hours. Outside Kigali typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day.

Can I track my order?

Yes! After placing your order, you'll receive updates via WhatsApp including confirmation, dispatch, and delivery status.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I request a refund?
